Complete the form below before our next session to update me on your week (ideally the day before, but up to 30 minutes before our session will do). Alternatively, feel free to copy the questions and simply answer them for yourself. There is no need to send me your answers unless you want to.
Know that the most important aspect of preparing for a coaching call is to sit down, relax, breathe and become fully present … even if you are present to anxiety or other negative emotions.
