Resistance and self-sabotage are natural human reactions to change. In fact, there are parts of our psyche whose job it is to do everything in their power to distract and pressure you back into the status quo. The following exploration will help you become more aware and accepting of these resistant parts – what we call the Negative Ego – and give you the skills to start interacting with them in healthier way.
